Please help! The Sims 4 .....

Hi guys! I really need some help! I pre-ordered the sims 4. it pre-loaded fine. However, since this morning (when it was available to play) It just wont do anything. I have tried everything i can think of. 

I downloaded it through Origin, but whether i use origin or not - still nothing. 

This is what it says when i try to load it : 

"We're sorry, an error has occurred..

We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe on this computer using your account. Please try again later." 

It's driving me bonkers!!
