non of the pregnancy cheats are working for me, it is stressing me out because I just want to have twins and to also speed up my pregnancy.

also, my custom content isn't working for me I can't download it for some reason, it always opens up into Adobe, please answer my questions and try to fix these problems

Pregnancy cheats were among those that was removed last year. You can search for a Mod that will do it such as mccc.
