Please help i lost my old account made a new one but cant use the same product code for Sims 4 PLEASE HELP ORGIN

@Rnaldy123 Hey, you'll need to regain control of the account, then you should be able to access your content again. 

If you contact support they should be able to use your code to find your old account and get you back up and running.
