Pitch Black Pets in Cas and Live Mode

I'm having a glitch with the pets expansion. I had the game working fine previously, but suddenly I'm having issues with all of my pets being pitch black in cas and in the live mode. It's getting rather irritating as I've just gotten back into playing the sims 3 (after a year of just the Sims 4) and I was looking forward to playing around with the pets expansion. I've uploaded my DxDiag text file as well for those who need the info. I hope someone can help me with this! Thanks.
P.S. My game runs The Sims 4 perfectly fine, lag free. So I'm not sure why I'm having issue with this.
Your specs are below minimum requirements. Did it run before under Win 10 ?
Try updating your graphics chip driver which are over an year old.

Yes, I've been able to run it under Windows 10 before. We recently got a new computer, and I don't have much knowledge on computers. I'll update it and let you know! Thanks!
