So before anything else I'm sorry if I accidentally spammed, as you can see I am but a "newbie" however I figured it would be easier now that you have information to work with and know what someone might have already tried.

And yes, The Sims 3 ran perfectly on another computer I had, but that computer was different than this one so...I'm not sure how much that helps but...I tried! *hides from possibly angry people.*

i slovede the problem for me

# just go to the  load/save screen the home screeen

# than go to options set all graphics settings to the lowest ( dont untag adanced rendering)

# than confirm

# after that quit the sims 3

# than start the sims 3 and make a new game

if u still have the problem than i dont know

but if its gone save the game

and go to ur onther game and look if its the same and if the colors and textures are back than u sloved it

(the problem is that the game dont load the textures)

this worked for me i dont know if it works for onthers too
