Pet adoption failed

Hi,about adopting pet. I have two dogs and i want to put them on adoption. Last time there was kitten and i want to put them for adoption too. Last time I learn my lesson after I research on the internet to put the adoption one by one animal. If together there might be some error on my adoption services. This time I do it on my dog. I call the adoption services to put up my two dog for adoption but I call for one first, and seems like the adoption service have an error of want to catch or put something but did not appear anything and the adoption service do it over and over again. Is there a way for this to solve?  I can't leave nor exit my save if that happen.
