I've recently bought a few DLC packs for The Sims 4 and most of them there has been no problem with, but two of them (Eco living + Tiny living) won't show up in game. I can see that they've both dowloaded to my device and I haven't been refunded for them, but the content does not show up. When I open the game it shows which expansion packs I have and neither of these ones show up. I'm not using legacy edition so I don't think that the packs being too recent is the issue. I'm stumped on what to do, and upset because I've paid money for these products and not been able to use them.
