Packs from bundles never installed

I purchased 2 bundles last night/this morning, and I am just realizing that they never installed. I tried restarting my computer and exploring various support pages from Answers HQ but I have not been able to figure out how to get them to install. It even shows up that I have purchased them on origin, & on the main page in-game it says that I own them, but the content gameplay does not appear in-game.

@_mynameisdeanna  Open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, scroll through the list, and see what the orange button says on any packs you own.  (Repeat for Game Packs and Stuff Packs.)  If the button says Download, that means the pack is owned but not installed, and you can just download it.  Play or Details means it's installed, or Origin thinks it is.  Buy Now means Origin thinks you don't own it.

If one or more of the packs you've bought aren't listed as owned, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help.

Otherwise, if one or more of the missing packs can't be downloaded, please clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and look again.

If you still can't download, repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  Then try again.
