Hi, I play the sims 4 alot (135 hrs), but I ran into a problem. I was installing the holiday celebration, it scanned files but ran into a problem. I deleted all of my sims 4 files inside the sims4 folder (in electronic arts folder) but it had the same problem. I deleted / uninstalled the whole game and I put in my disc no.1, directs me to origin, starts download, waits for around 10 minutes and it tells me it ran into a problem and does not want to reinstall! The limited edition sims 4 game is bought, I own it myself, no one bought it for me. I love the sims 4 and it makes me want to cry since I started playing this game ( sims 3 ) last year and it breaks my heart it doesn't work. Before this the game ran perfectly. I even played it today.
