Hey,
So I have a brand new Laptop. Literally arrived today. So I got this error when loading up The Sims 4. I found this thread. I noticed my Graphics card wasn't in there. I have now added it the way described below. I literally copied the line, pasted and edited to what it needed to say. However when I check the config it is still saying Found:0, Supported:1.
I have no idea what to do next.
Vendor ID: 10de. Device Id: 1F99

So I restarted my laptop after doing an install for something else, and i checked it just for curiosity. And it fixed it.
