[PC] Sims 4 Sims 4 is already running on this computer

Hello,

I have downloaded Sims 4 to a new computer. But when trying to start is I get an error message saying "Can't open as Sims 4 is already running on this computer." I have tried uninstall and installed again, and I have tried to reboot but nothing works. The computer has Windows 10.

What shall I try now?

On my old computer also having Windows 10 this was never a problem.
