Origins asking for product activation code

Hello! So basically i havent played ts4 in a realllyyy long time, and today I wanted to play for some reason. I launched Origins, updated, logged in, only to realize that ts4 wasn't in my game library anymore. I tried to launch it via the sims 4 launch icon, but then was prompted to enter an activation code. I bought this game over 2 years ago, on origins, and so I dont have a physical copy of this product code, nor do i believe we can use the same code twice anyways. I know I had ts4 downloaded on this computer, on this account, because it is my only account, and I also have all of my CC still downloaded and in my ts4 folders. 

What happened to my game and is there anyway to get it back?

To check if is it really your old account you need to use your e-mail address instead of your nickname. The same mail address you have used when you had created an account first time.
If it will not work you need to contact the EA adviser.

Choose "Manage my account" then "Find a missing game" options
