Origin won't reinstall my Sims 4

I tried this, it's still doing the same thing.... I've tried repairing the game after reinstall but it still does it...

Sadly I did the same thing and it isn't working for me.... I happen to have an HP laptop. I'm not sure if it's the issue with the patch or the game it'self
