Origin won't let me play the Sims 4

Origin won't let me play the sims 4 for some reason. When I click on it, it says,

"Unable to start:

Cannot start because required game data is missing or damaged. Please try reinstalling the game.

[85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000]"

I have deleted cache folders, that didn't work for me. Then I made a backup file, deleted my content on the sims 4, it worked then but when I added my mods and saved games in stopped working again.

Can somebody help please?
