Origin won't go online

I've tried to find some answers in older threads, but nothing seems to work. I think all my internet settings are fine. Every website I go to is fine, except the origin one won't even let me sign in. It clocks out. The app won't work on my desktop either. I can sign in on there, but no matter how many times I tell it to go online, it just won't. My computer had a driver update with an internet thing earlier today, but everything else works...so...any suggestions? Thanks!!

Hi;

Origin is currently experiencing connectivity issues since 12:17 PM CST. It's not just you; it's also affecting other games as well.

Hopefully things will straighten out eventually.
