Origin taking money out of my account when payment failed. No download.

I tried to buy the sims 4, origin said the payment failed. but still happily took my money but there's no download. anyone help with this issue? will they return my money in a few days? i don't want to order it again and the money be taken out twice! thanks.

Hi! I dont know how old this forum is but for the people who need help for expansion/stuff packs. right click Sims 4 and click 'view game details' and scroll down. If you see them, click them and see if you can download, if not do this:

I found out how to do this by using the steps above and talking to an agent who solved my problem quickly! Standard smile

I actually have been playing the game for a couple of months now, and then out of a sudden, it kicked me out from my account and the game was deleted when I logged back in. It's telling me "my payment failed", which is quite strange, considering I've been playing for some time. 

 

I also have been trying to get to talk to a game advisor for a couple of hours now. Which is exactly how I love to spend my free time...

I had to go to my bank and file fraud charges to get my money back. According to my bank,  if you purchase a product and don't receive the product..it is fraud!
