Origin says my Sims 3 expansion pack is installed, but it's actually not??

I recently got a new laptop and all my Sims 3 expansion packs on Origin installed to it except for one: Into The Future, which is the only one that I bought as an online Origin Download. All the others were from store bought discs. In my Origin Game Library, it says that Into The Future is Installed, but the program is not actually installed to my new computer, nor does is show up in the Sims 3 game launcher under the expansion pack tab. The only option shown for the expansion pack in my Origin Game Library is "Details". Can anyone help me to download it from Origin onto my PC please and thank you???

If you are on PC, I would recommend you to try clean Origin cache. It should fix the issue. How to clean cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
