Origin isn't working for Sims 3

DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occured. I logged out and back on my computer and this keeps showing up. I went to the installer file and all I got was " an inernal system error occured: Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem"

try to down load it again, if that didn't work make a new file for it put in there. also try firefox or google chrome. try to clean temp file through disk cleaner or can cleaned the system file through disk cleaner and do scanne disk, defrg, and do a anti- virus scan as well
