I am having the same problem, I'm using another PC but still the same account.. But it still says that the code has already been redeemed. I have 2 games that I downloaded online and can't use because of it. So it's not the account that makes the differences.

Hi im having the same problem too. I have forgotten everything for my first account i would like to use my product key on my new account how can i do this. Please someone tell me what to do. All i want is to play sims 3 on my new account without buying the sims 3 again so can you help me with this problem all i want is the product key to work on my new account thanks in advanced.

if the wait time seems too long they could be just really busy but also try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox

OH NO Frown Before i reset my laptop i was trying to install sims4 on my laptop, just had a few struggles getting it so i gave up. then one day i had to reset my laptop because of the viruses, i had my email and password on the laptop and silly me i haven't written it down in my dairy so when ive done that i put the Norton (protection for laptops)on my laptop. so now i created another origin account and tried again with installing sims4 because i found out what i done wrong the first time while trying to install it, when it came up to type in the code, i typed it in and it said it already been used. i feel so angry because ive waited so long to play this game and i always have bad luck trying to reach the finish line of installing the game. *sigh* guess i have to buy another sims4
