?? Why not advise a clean OS install while we're at it.
For the love of God can you please learn to code and patch this bug?

@tiffany8907 Hey, can you list the steps you've tried, I want to double check what you have tried, it should provide some context.

I had the same problem , I followed the game properties step but most of the instructions weren't on there. So I went my own way and right clicked the sims 4 icon in origin then pressed view game details . Then I pressed game properties. Then a box should show up . Then check what says disable origin in game for this game. It should work because the game loaded up for me.

PLEASE be sure to check your Anti-Virus program too. After a day of re-installing the game..removing mods..ect, I noticed that my firewall was down in AVAST. I cleared up the problem and added the Sims4.exe to the APPLICATION RULES (for Avast) ... something that I thought I had already done ... and now the game starts up just fine! Hope that helps some of my fellow Simmers!!

I've tried the methods mentioned. changing 32 bits/disable origin in game or end origin task but no way seem to help. =(
