Hi I've bought Sims4 (PC), did everything as instructed. When I came to the part where I should click on PLAY (in Origin), I get the following message: Unable to start: Origin is currently not running. Please make sure that Origin is running before attempting to play Sims 4. I'm signed in to Origin - so it must be running? Refer to attached file. Please help! Thanks

Please uninstall Origin. Then download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/dnk/en-us/store/download
After installation login to the account you have The Sims 4 on. Rightclick the game in your game library and select Repair.
