Origin and The Sims 3 account connect

I have different e-mails for these two accounts I made. I registered my game at Origin and therefore I cannot register my game at TS3. I tried to change my e-mail at TS3 at first, but then I found out I can't do so. So, any other ways that I can connect these two accounts? I'm planning to use my e-mail for Origin to create a new account at TS3, but, I would like to use my current TS3 account with registered TS3 games as in Origin if possible. Thank you.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
