Origin Error 196613:0

Every single time there is a new patch, it downloads a little bit and then sends me this error.  I end up having to uninstall Origin and reinstall it for every single patch.  After 10 hours of trying to download this patch, I am over this.  Got to 93% the last time before it threw the error and went down to 63%.    Is there ANY way to fix this without uninstalling and reinstalling every single time?

When your update stops downloading, go to Origin / Library - right-click on TS4 - "stop update" option
Then once more right-click on TS4 - option "repair game"
This may take time because the repair must check the entire content of TS4 but when it finishes the update should be done quickly.
Start this update on Origin - this time choose the "check updates" option
You can try to clear the Origin cache also before a new patch arrives.

However, in my opinion, you should uninstall Origin using Revo, which will clean all traces of Origin from your computer, or use Ccleaner to clean it. You probably never did that after uninstalling Origin.
