Origin Deleted my Sims 4 Game

Hi there, 

I just logged onto my origin account so I could play the Sims 4, but somehow my game has disappeared from my account. How do I get it back as I have already payed for it and don't want to purchase it again?

You don't have to pay for it again. 

The game no longer shows up in Origin

Try the following things: 

• Restart Origin.
• Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
• Reinstall Origin.
• Restart your router/modem.
• Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))

- Go here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/#

- Log in (top right corner) with Origin credentials

- Click on Sims 4, then follow by choosing PC, technical problem, the game doesn't launch, then select contact option

- On the next page click on + by the chat option, fill what's necessary so EA support will contact you through chat
