ORIGIN wont let me download Sims 3

So I previously had installed the Sims 3 on a computer about a year ago. then I lost the disc, the I looked around to see how I could download it online and I had to do it through origin, so ii did. EVERYTIME I try redeeming my code it says "Code Already Used". Yes I uninstalled it. so what do I do? thanks!
