Not wanting to load

I've been playing The Sims 4 for a very long time now and I just now can't get it to load properly I've already uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still doing the same thing it's not wanting to load up the family now it's not wanting to load like if I'm having my sim visit another lot it's not wanting to load at all I don't know what to do

Hey @k0rnd0gg88 are you running any mods or CC? If so can you remove all of it and then try your game again?

@k0rnd0gg88  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Are all households in all saves affected, or just this one?  Please try loading a different household within the same save, and a new household in a new save, just for comparison.

If you start a new save, can you load the household?  I'm not sure I understand what you meant by you reply.

I have Windows 10.  But after the update it started working which I kind of find kind of weird
