Im reinstalling the sims4 and i put the code in and its saying its already been redeem

@mandy1586  A code can only be redeemed once, even by the same person.  But you shouldn't need to use your code a second time.  Just login to the same Origin account you used the first time you installed the game, and it should already be in your Origin game library.  You can download it as many times as you want, for free.
