Not Saving

Just recently got the Sims 4 , love it and is fantastic but there has been a huge problem. I made a family as soon as it was downloaded, got married, had kids the whole shebang and I saved it of course. When I woke up though, it was all gone. The only proof that I had that family was my starting copy saved to my library. This has happened the past few times I've played it and I really hope it can be fixed!
