None of my saved games available.

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help me. When I closed my game down on Saturday 9th November everything was working fine. I have openend up today and all of my saved games are showing as No available saves. I don't know what to do. I've been playing since the Sims 1 first came out and never had this problem before.

Are you using OneDrive?

If your "saves" folder is not secured against being moved to OneDrive sometimes, especially after updating the game, the computer can move it arbitrarily there. And there, of course, the game will not read it but will create a new clean saves folder in the same place. Check in the game folder in Documents whether the "saves" folder is empty or contains files from the old game

You can disable ONeDrive or protect this folder from being moved according to Microsoft's instructions which you can find here.
