None of my cc in Sims 4 is working

One day I decided to download some more cc to the pile of cc I already have. Then I decided to play some more after I finish cc shopping. I loaded up my save that I have and started playing. Maybe 20 minutes after playing, I tried to fast forward The speed but it wasn’t fast forwarding. It only went with the normal speed. So I decided to restart my game and continue from there, but when I tried to load my game, it said that my Create a Sim items have been removed and that the items may not be installed on your computer or the EA account that is currently logged in because they don’t on these items. My game is all updated. I’ve had custom content in my game before.
