Hi @melsfav
are you using any mods ? There was another person with a similar issue the other day and for them it was an outdated UI mod they were using.
If you are using mods, please make sure you always update them to the current patch level: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/PLEASE-READ-Usage-of-Mods-and-Custom-Content/td-p/3936231/jump...
Also split your thread as it's a different issue then the thread you posted in.
