To be openly honest this new game is so full of bugs the Amazon rainforest is empty, even though I like the pack I wish I never bought it.  I won't be buying anymore that's for sure and reporting waste of time in my opinion.

@CoffeyN7 Sorry you feel that way. Have you tried the troubleshooting tips?
A key point is to remove (not disabling) mods / cc and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Test the game to see if the issues are still there.
