No option to join Organizations Sims 4 University Life

I just bought Sims 4 main pack and university life extension pack few days ago. I enrolled my Sim to a university, I go to organization meetings and meet active members on the event venue but there is no option popping up to ask them join the organization that leads my Sim can't get extra points for their GPA.

Any solution?
