No input from keyboard

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get to work, seasons, city living, laundry, all free packs, dine out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play game
What happens when the bug occurs? there is no input from the keyboard. arrows rotate and other shortcuts don't work,
What do you expect to see? the keyboard doesn't work
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@firepvp1021 Sounds like an issue with the keyboard. I assume it's working fine otherwise ?

Does nothing work at all or only certain keys ? (besides arrows which ones ?)

it a laptop. the keyboard is fine. the numbers are working but arrow and rotate are not

Does M and P and ESC work ?

@firepvp1021 Which keys are you using to rotate and what kind of keyboard layout are you using ? Has it ever worked ?

Have you tried switching to sims 4 mode and back ?
