No house thumbnamil on map view and Edit Town mode

Hi, actually I've had this issue several times while playing the sims 3 from long time ago but still don't know what causes this problem. I brought 2 pictures here.
The one in Blue is my 2nd lot for my horses training. There are only a few objects on this lot but can't see the big hay stacks and cat house I built.
In Edit Town Mode, still can't see the thumbnails.
My main home in Green tag should be shown like this and..
My 2nd lot has to be shown like this but can't see these all even roofs on map view but other houses are visible.
I'd like to know what causes this problem. Does anyone know? Thanks.
