No emotional whim unless happy

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.77.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Dine Out, Bowling, Magic, City Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my Sim is anything other than happy, they have no emotional whim.
What do you expect to see? An emotional whim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not sure what's going on, but whenever my sim is an emotion other than 'happy' he has no emotional whim. Just the two that I can pin to do later. I have 'show whims' turned on in game settings.

@lauchlen mine are working just fine, e.g. when flirty, there's a pink flirty whim in the first whim spot. You should check without mods installed.

It did!  Found two mods that were causing the problem. Ty!

Which mods?  Having the same issue, and knowing which mods would really help...
