Hello! I'm having a problem with my Sims 3 game. I'm trying to download my expansion packs to a new computer from Origin but there are no download options. Only options are Details or Purchase as a gift. It shows it is installed but if I go to my Sims 3 game they won't show up.

@AnettMik It's possible that uninstalling and reinstalling Origin itself will help. Be sure to follow the steps in "the hard way."

Where did you buy your packs? There have been issues with unauthorized third-party sellers providing players with bad codes, which EA then blocks. If this is the case, then the only way to get it sorted out is to contact EA customer support to have someone on that end look at your account.

@dontpanicwenna Does your computer run Windows or macOS? What do you see in your Origin game library, as in, do you have a Download button that doesn't work, or does the button only say "Details" or "Buy Now"?
