Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? i recently reinstalled my game and when i open my game it shows i have all the dlc in, but when i actually use the game, like going into create a sim it doesnt show and of the content of the packs i have.
What do you expect to see? i should be able to use the packs i bought.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
in the cas menu it shows all the gamepacks greyed out and there is none of the content, only base game.
