Hello. I just purchased the Sims 3 Starter Park via Wal-Mart, which includes the original game, the Late Night expansion pack, and the high-end loft expansion pack today. I downloaded it with the 16 digit code given to me from the email Wal-Mart sent me. However, when I went to install it, it needed a 20 digit code that I did not have. So I went searching on the Internet, and on Yahoo Answers somebody posted a 20 digit code that installed the game on my Mac. I then updated the game and tried to play it, but it needed me to re-enter the code. I re-entered it and clicked "Done", but it would not go through. I have no idea what is wrong with the game. Also, when I tried to register on thesims.com, after I clicked "Sign-Up", even with an available username, the page would just reset and everything would be blank. Please help me with both of these problems. I feel like they may be related, but I just really want to play the game. I am just frustrated that a mere 20 digit code is holding me back. Thanks!
