Nifty Knitting download error PC

When I try to download Nifty Knitting through my origin account I get this error. 

Whoops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-client/offerEntries? storeId=Store-OrigincyCode=JPY&needFullCartInfo=true&needClearCart=true&countryCode=JP 400 (Bad Request)]

I have tried to do the download on the origin app on my PC, the website, and through my phone. I get the same error each time. I cleared cache origin and the error still showed.
