New recipe options not showing up with new Hispanic Heritage Update [ Edited ]

So with the recent update to honor Hispanic Heritage Month. The new recipes aren't showing up as options on the grill.

If you have zulfskidscancook mod installed you have to delete it. That fixed it for me.
