New packs causing crashing and errors.

My sim isn't at home even though it says she is and the bottom bar that shows sims in your household is saying at she isn't there, but when I hover the mouse over her icon it says she's home even though she isn't. I've tried countless things, moving a sim into the lot to try and call her home, trying to use cheats in teleport her to her lot, using the origin launcher to try and fix the game, restarting the game, so many things and none of it works. My game has also been crashing. This has all been happening after we installed Pets Stuff, Seasons, and Strangerville. Someone please help me fix this so I can continue to enjoy and play the game.
