New install nowhere to be seen

I bought the sims3 supernatural last night along with a few other games. I installed them all without a problem but when I went to the launch pad to play, every game but supernatural was installed. I went to reinstall it but that is not an option in origin! I would really like to be able to acess it since I bought it, it better not be a waste of money.
