New PC. Unable to load Sims4.

My son bought sims4 aprox 6 moths ago, installed it on the laptop and always worked fine. Now he has a new desktop PC and we are struggeling to install Sims4 again. We always get the message "product code already in use".... What are we doing wrong?  We both are not IT specialists....

@PeterHasendonckx  Once you activate the game using the included code, the game is locked to the Origin account you used to activate the game. You can not use the code on another account. Origin works a lot like Vave's Steam. All he has to do is login the the Origin account he used before and install the game. Only one person can be logged into an Origin at a time. You can install the game on as many computers as you want (there is no install limit) but again only one user can be logged into Origin at a time.  hth
