Hello all. I recently got a new laptop to play sims 4 and it has been great. But I got really busy and haven’t been on my laptop in a while. My computer is up to date and my sims game is also up to date on updates but I was making a new family and it crashed. Now every time I go to make a new family it’s super slow and laggy and it freezes. I feel like every time I want to enjoy a new pack I buy it just makes the game no longer work and be enjoyable. I’m frustrated. Paid $900 on a new computer and $80 in new sims packs for nothing I guess :/ I want to enjoy this game but I feel like there’s no happy medium to get a great working game. I’m extremely sad by this.
