Network Speed

There's something wrong with the network speed when i'm downloading the sims 4 on mac! (it's definitely not my internet)

it starts off around 2.0mb but then it'll go down to KB then down to absolute nothing and it'll just stop downloading PLEASE HELP

Also having this issue.  Will have quick bursts when I begin, then suddenly drop down to 0B/second within less than a minute.  If I pause the download, close and reopen Origin, I sometimes progress by 1%-2% but drop down to 0B inevitably.  Please help.

do you think it's origin, and do you think they'll fix it :/

I'm thinking it's Origin servers.  I know it's not an internet problem though.
