Need to reinstall Sims 3 game, but cannot because of product key issues.

I have to reinstall my game on another computer but it will not let me because of the key. How can i fix this or get another code?

Do you have the game on disc or did you buy it from Origin?

If it is Origin, please download and install the client from this website:

http://www.origin.com/download

After that just log in with your regular account.
