Need to re-download The Sims 3 after I bought it 2.5 years ago.

I bought the digital download of The Sims 3 directly from the EA site in June of 2010 and installed and played it until my hard drive crashed and I lost everything.  I have not played it for over a year.

Now I want to re-download it and play again.  I've been to the Origins site and can log into my account and can see my purchase in my Order History, but I can't figure out how to download the game again.

I have my original email from 2010 with my original Digital Rights number, but when I tried to use that Digital Rights number to "Redeem a Product Code", the website gave me an error and told me to go to EA Support.

I don't want to pay for the game again.  Please help.

To download your game, you will need to download Origin client. So download it from http://www.origin.com/download

Then login with your account and you can see and download your game then.
