Need Help

Last year I bought the Sims 3 Barnacle Bay, and installed it to my computer and at the time due to forgetting my password to the website I created a completely different one, and that is at the same time I installed the town from the website. And recently due to issues with my game I had to re-install my games, and that is the same time I remember my original password since I first joined the website, but that caused an issue because now that I was using my old ussername and password I am not able to re-install Barnacle Bay. What can I do?
