Need Help Changing Languages on The Sims 4

Hello there! My The Sims 4 game has some issues, but the one that annoys me the most is that my game language is in Portuguese and I wish it was in English. If you have any information, please help as soon as possible, thank you.

I don't know if English is available in the Portuguese version but you can try changing it in Origin by right clicking the game and select  Game Properties and then Advanced Launch Options.
